PROCESS COOLING AND HEAT REMOVAL
APPLICATION

Apart from providing a comfortable climate to production workers, there may be several industrial applications where process air itself needs to be cooled down. A draft of cool humid air needs to be blown over a process to dissipate heat or to alter the qualities of a product itself. In such cases, the Arctic range can provide solutions.  In case cooled (not humid / not saturated) air is required for a process a single stage indirect cooling system can be evaluated. 

Too much heat in a manufacturing environment may negatively affect the quality of manufactured goods or the smooth working of a machine. Also, heat may need to be removed or dissipated from a specific factory area depending on the industry application.

Arctic coolers may be a cost-effective, highly efficient solution for your industrial process cooling needs.  Targeted spot cooling can be deployed for process cooling or heat removal. Also, after the supply of cool fresh air a collected planned exhaust enables the removal of fumes and built-up dust from that area.

Indirect (single stage) cooling can be used to ventilate areas like panel rooms without the need of air conditioning equipment. Proper ventilation and cooling of the air in such rooms is necessary to support the rejection of the heat generated during operation.
